Richard Davies is certified by the Ohio State Bar Association as a specialist in Ohio workers' compensation law.  He has practiced extensively before the Ohio Industrial Commission, Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation, and trial and appellate courts throughout Ohio.  He is recognized by Law & Politics as an Ohio Super Lawyer in workers’ compensation for 2009 and 2010, recognition accorded only to the top five percent of lawyers in Ohio.  Richard is also BV® Distinguished™ Peer Review RatedSM by Martindale-Hubbell®.
